Blood draws are done through the Quest Diagnostics nationwide phlebotomy network with thousands of convenient sites. You are required to fast (water only) for at least 8 hours before your blood draw appointment.
For the genetics test, which needs to be done only once, you will receive a buccal swab test kit in the mail. The kit contains all materials to collect your specimen at home and send it to the testing laboratory, Boston Heart Diagnostics. You are instructed not to eat, smoke, or drink caffeinated beverages for at least 30 minutes prior to collecting your specimen.

Receive Blood Draw Instructions
- Receive blood draw instructions and test order form with the email confirmation of your purchase.

Complete Your Blood Test
- Schedule your blood draw at a Quest phlebotomy site.
- Fast (water only) for minimum of 8 hours before your blood draw.

Receive Your Health Report
- Receive your test results, longevity estimate, and disease risk assessments.
- Review your Report with our Medical Professional if you select the Advanced or Advanced Plus Test Panel.
- Share the Report with your healthcare provider.

Schedule Your Lifestyle Coaching Session
- Complete our Lifestyle Questionnaire.
- Set up your 1-on-1 teleconference with one of our Lifestyle Coaches to prioritize nutrition and lifestyle strategies aimed at a healthy lifestyle.

- Receive DNA specimen collection instructions and test order form with the email confirmation of your purchase. Buccal swab collection kit is mailed to you.

Collect Your Buccal Swab Specimen
- Fill in the collection date on the test order form.
- Swab the inside of both checks.
- Send your collected specimen for testing using FedEx Clinical Pak.

Receive Your Genetics Report
- Share your test results with your healthcare provider.

Schedule Your Medical Teleconference
- Review your report with our Medical Professional who is knowledgeable about genetics, disease risk, and longevity.
