As we age, health conditions like cardiovascular disease (heart disease and stroke), cancer, cognitive decline, kidney disease, diabetes, and liver disease may become a personal reality. There are reliable ways to predict if you will develop chronic disease and ways to prevent and manage them. Your disease risk can be assessed using your health history and our laboratory testing and evidence-based risk algorithms. Early detection of treatable health risks can extend your lifespan through the management of identified risk with medical and/or lifestyle interventions.
We invite you to explore our laboratory test panels below and to become proactive about your health and longevity, not reactive.

- Select a health test panel.
- Fill in a short questionnaire about your current health status. The questionnaire will be used to individualize your laboratory report and inform your lifestyle coaching session.
- Complete the Longevity Diagnostics Payment Form.
- Receive an email confirmation of your purchase with instructions for scheduling your blood draw at a Quest Diagnostics phlebotomy location near you.
- Schedule your Quest Phlebotomy Appointment.
- Fast for at least 8 hours before the blood draw, that is, nothing to eat or drink except for water, black coffee, or tea without dairy, non-dairy or sugar products added. You are advised to drink plenty of these liquids.
What’s Important For Your Health Journey...
Regular Testing
Our testing provides laboratory results and risk assessments that are interpreted in terms of your own health history and your family health history. The printable report includes recommendations for managing disease risk and indicates whether additional testing is advisable.
For optimal longevity, routine blood testing and an annual physical examination are critical. Early detection of treatable health risks can extend your lifespan through the management and control of the identified risk with medical and/or lifestyle interventions.
We recommend that you check your health status once per year and more frequently if you have identifiable risk for major disease or established disease.
Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching
Lifestyle is the most significant contributor to the number of years you live and whether you live those years healthfully. At Longevity Diagnostics we are convinced that beneficial nutrition and lifestyle modification can be achieved.
Support through expert professional coaching based on national recommendations can be transformative and, for some people, is essential for optimal results.
Each test panel includes a 30-minute one-on-one teleconference with a lifestyle coach. Additional coaching sessions are available for purchase.
Your lifestyle coach will meet you where you are along your health journey, adapt to the level of support you are seeking, and will work with you in a collaborative manner to determine your best and most realistic approach for achieving your health goals.
Medical Consultation
The Longevity Health Report interprets your test results in a detailed yet easily understandable manner. Despite the clarity, you may have questions about the testing and/or your test results that cannot be answered by your lifestyle coach.
The Longevity Advanced Test Panel provides both a 30-minute, one-one-one teleconference with a lifestyle coach and a 15-minute, one-on-one medical consultation with a licensed healthcare provider. The healthcare provider is experienced in risk assessment and knowledgeable about the major diseases affecting the aging process.
We encourage you to share all test results and recommendations with your healthcare provider and work together to optimize your health journey.
